Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Options

To qualify for citizenship, the main applicant must be at least 18 years old, fulfill the program’s application requirements, and choose from one of the following four investment options:

National Development Fund Contribution: has the lowest minimum investment threshold at USD 230,000 and may suit applicants who prefer a non-refundable contribution rather than purchasing or holding an investment asset.

University of the West Indies Contribution: A non-refundable donation of at least USD 260,000 for Families of six or more may qualify through a contribution to the University of the West Indies Fund. This option also includes one year of tuition for one family member at the University of the West Indies, subject to the programme's applicable terms and requirements.

Real Estate Investment: The approved real estate route starts from USD 300,000 and provides an asset-based alternative to the contribution routes. Unlike a non-refundable contribution, applicants acquire an interest in an approved development, subject to the program’s holding requirements.

Business Investment: A direct investment of at least USD 1.5 million in an eligible business as an individual, or a joint investment where each investor contributes at least USD 400,000, with a total minimum investment of USD 5 million.

Additional Government Fees

In addition to the qualifying investment, applicants must pay applicable government processing and due diligence fees. These costs vary depending on the investment route, the number of family members included and their ages.

Due diligence fees are USD 8,500 for the main applicant, USD 5,000 for a spouse,   for dependants aged 12–17, and USD 4,000 for dependants aged 18 or over.

Government processing fees also apply and vary by investment option and family composition. All programme fees are subject to change.
