Piraeus is Greece's largest port and one of the most historic in the Mediterranean — far more than a gateway to the islands. Blending maritime heritage with modern urban life, it offers a mix of culture, commerce and coastal beauty, with elegant neoclassical buildings standing alongside contemporary development.

Its neighbourhoods, from the scenic hills of Kastella to the lively marina at Mikrolimano, reflect a cosmopolitan energy. Museums, theatres and cultural centres add depth to the artistic scene, while a growing number of cafés, restaurants and promenades make the city a destination for both business and leisure.

Meridia is a contemporary residential development of 47 one- and two-bedroom apartments across five floors, developed by Oikos. Apartments range from 37 to 57 square metres, with layouts designed for a range of households. Spacious balconies, generous natural light and open-plan interiors create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, and ground-floor apartments look onto a private internal garden. Construction begins in June 2026, with completion scheduled for December 2027 and a six-month grace period thereafter.
