St. David Agro & Cottages is a residential project located on a farm near the coast in Petit Trou, St. David. The project consists of detached cottages within an agricultural setting.

Each cottage measures approximately 1,250 sq ft (116 sq m) and sits on a lot of approximately 3,566 sq ft (331 sq m). The cottages are offered on a freehold basis and are fully furnished and equipped.

The property specification includes solar power, solar water heating, rooftop rainwater harvesting and an 800-gallon water tank. Additional features include kitchen cabinetry, security doors and screens, ceramic flooring, water pumps, plumbing and paved external areas.
