Timbo's Downtown and Timbo's Seaside form a hotel development in south-western Roseau, straddling two sides of Victoria Street at the southern entrance to the city from Newtown. The location gives walking access to the city centre, its business district, restaurants and other attractions.

The development is part of the Timbo's brand and is described as a government-authorised project under Dominica's Citizenship by Investment Programme. It is the second project of Grande Anse Developers, following Timbo Apartelle; the developer is named as Duncan Stowe.
