The Gardens

Jolly Harbour sits on the west coast of Antigua, on the sheltered Caribbean side of the island. The marina is the largest of its kind in the region, and the surrounding community brings together beaches, a golf course, a sports centre, restaurants and everyday amenities within a single walkable setting.

The Gardens is a villa community on Harbour Island, at the centre of the marina. The villas are designed around light and air, with high ceilings and generous glazing, and each is surrounded by planted tropical vegetation that gives the individual properties their privacy. Every villa has its own pool, deck and outdoor shower, and there is an option to add a guest cottage.

Interiors are specified by Elmsbridge Interiors, with buyers able to select from a finishing schedule and furnishing options rather than taking a fixed specification. Villas are available in two- to four-bedroom configurations, each with a matching number of bathrooms, and look out over the marina towards the Caribbean sea.

Both whole ownership and fractional ownership structures are offered by the developer. Fractional ownership is held through a special purpose company that holds the villa asset, giving the holder a defined number of weeks each year for personal use or rental.
