The La Sagesse Collection

The Intercontinental Grenada sits on the La Sagesse Estate on the southern coast of Grenada, on a crescent-shaped bay roughly a thirty-minute drive from Maurice Bishop International Airport and the capital, St George's. It is a beachfront development by Range Developments, adjacent to two resorts on the same estate , Six Senses La Sagesse and the InterContinental Grenada La Sagesse.

The Collection comprises 94 apartments across ten buildings, in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations. The architecture is contemporary, arranged around landscaped gardens and water features, with each apartment opening through floor-to-ceiling glazing onto a private terrace or balcony and oriented towards the sea.

Owners of two-bedroom residences are offered full access to the amenities and services of the two neighbouring resorts. Studio and one-bedroom owners may access resort facilities through a day pass, subject to availability, and may purchase club membership. Interiors are finished in a warm, contemporary island style, with spa-inspired bathrooms and open-plan living.
