Nonsuch Bay lies on the quieter eastern side of Antigua, roughly thirty minutes from V. C. Bird International Airport. The resort occupies a peninsula with water on three sides, and holds a private beach of its own; five further secluded beaches on Green Island are a short boat ride away.

Villa Seabreeze is a two-storey villa of approximately 8,500 square feet within the resort's gated community. It is a joint venture between Elmsbridge and World of Indulgence, currently under development, and a number of features remain open to specification by the buyer.

The lower floor holds three en-suite bedrooms, the principal among them with an outdoor shower and dressing room, together with a private gym and service rooms. The upper floor is given over to open-plan living — a living room, dining room, kitchen, entertainment room and powder room, alongside the two remaining en-suite bedrooms. A terrace and several shaded balconies look out across the coastline, and an infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and dining area, and outdoor bar sit alongside.
