T15 Residence

T15 Residence is a residential conversion of a commercial building at 15 Tourmer Street in Neos Kosmos, a central neighbourhood just south of the Acropolis. The building will hold 15 residences with a contemporary residential design and a lift, with estimated completion in the third quarter of 2027.

Five units are currently listed: four one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of 34 m² on the first to fourth floors, each with a 2 m² balcony, and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex across the fourth and fifth floors with 52 m² covered, a 3 m² balcony and a 28 m² terrace.
