Boulevard

Kallithea occupies one of the largest stretches of land in Attica, running from central Athens toward the coast. Its name means "beautiful view," drawn from its outlook toward both the Acropolis and the Saronic Gulf, and it blends residential, commercial and light-industrial character a few kilometres from downtown Athens and the seaside.

Boulevard is a new Oikos Property Developments project on Thiseos Avenue — a lively commercial street with wide pavements, shops and everyday amenities, and Oikos's next step in the area following its Thiseos Service Apartments and Knowlodge student residence nearby. It sits minutes from the coastal road, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and the Faliro Delta, with the Athenian Riviera close by.

The development rises across five levels and comprises 54 modern one-bedroom apartments, arranged over a mezzanine and A–E floors, with internal areas from roughly 32 to 50 m² and total areas up to around 60 m² on the upper floor. Layouts are functional and contemporary, designed around access to local amenities.

Kallithea is well connected, already served by a Line 1 metro station with further stations planned across the district, and offers direct routes to central Athens and Piraeus.
